AnimePPL offers a variety of convenient local delivery options within Hong Kong, and supports international shipping to selected overseas regions.
1. Hong Kong Local Delivery
SF Express (Door-to-Door Delivery)
- Shipping fee: HK$35 (free shipping on orders over HK$500)
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation
SF Express Pick-Up Points / Smart Lockers
- Shipping fee: HK$25 (free shipping on orders over HK$500)
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation
- Pick-up notification: You will receive an SMS or email notification when your item arrives
Registered Post / Parcel Post (for small items)
- Shipping fee: Starting from HK$15, depending on weight and dimensions
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days after payment confirmation
2. Processing Time
- In-stock products: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Pre-order products: Dispatched within 1–3 business days after the estimated arrival date shown on each product page
- Processing times may be longer around public holidays
3. International Shipping
The Company currently offers international shipping to the following regions: Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan.
- Shipping fee: Calculated by weight and destination; actual shipping cost will be displayed at checkout
- Shipping method: EMS International Express / SF International
- Delivery time: Generally 7–21 business days depending on the destination
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes in the destination country or region

4. Order Tracking
After your item is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your parcel status through the SF Express, Hongkong Post, or EMS official websites.
5. Large or Heavy Items
Certain large models (such as large-scale figures, 1/4 scale or larger) may require additional shipping fees. The specific costs will be communicated before order confirmation.
6. Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, no one available to receive, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for re-delivery shipping costs. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and contact number.
