Plannosaurus Brachiosaurus

Plannosaurus Brachiosaurus

The Brachiosaurus was a giant sauropod dinosaur of the Late Jurassic. Its forelimbs were longer than its hind limbs and it could raise its neck up to 12 metres high, making it one of the few dinosaurs that truly fed on the tops of trees.

Plannosaurus (プラノサウルス) is BANDAI's dinosaur model kit series, supervised by the Gunma Museum of Natural History. Its defining feature is that you build the skeleton first, then wrap it in the skin: once assembled, the outer skin can be opened up so you can look back at the bone structure inside at any time — playful and educational at the same time.

• Two-layer skeleton → skin construction; the outer skin opens to display the internal frame
• No glue and no painting required; parts come pre-coloured
• Supervised by the Gunma Museum of Natural History; includes a dedicated display base
