Return & Exchange Policy

AnimePPL is committed to providing our customers with a quality shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased, please refer to the following return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • Defective products: Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., missing parts, paint issues, structural damage)
  • Wrong item sent: Products received that do not match the order
  • Shipping damage: Products damaged during transit (photos of packaging required)

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened blind boxes, candy toys, or any randomly selected products (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
  • Personal preference (e.g., colour appears slightly different from screen display)
  • Products that have been used, assembled, modified, or damaged
  • Requests submitted after the application deadline
  • Pre-order products (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

2. Application Deadline

  • Submit your return or exchange request within 7 business days of receiving your order
  • Late requests will not be accepted

3. Application Steps

  1. Within 7 business days of receiving your order, email support@animeppl.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request — Order No. [Your Order Number]"
  2. In the email, explain the reason for return/exchange and include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product (including the defective area and original packaging)
  3. Our customer service team will respond within 3 business days to confirm whether your request is approved and provide further instructions

4. Return and Exchange Arrangements

  • Exchange: If the item is in stock, the Company will arrange to send a replacement of the same product. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the Company
  • Refund: If no replacement is available, the Company will arrange a full refund to the original payment method. Refund processing takes approximately 5–10 business days
  • Returned products must be sent back in original packaging and in unused condition

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns and exchanges due to defective products, wrong items, or shipping damage, return shipping costs are covered by the Company
  • For returns due to other reasons (where applicable), return shipping costs are borne by the customer
