3. Products and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes (where applicable).
The Company reserves the right to change product prices at any time; however, confirmed order prices will not be affected.
Product images are for reference only. Actual product colours and details may vary slightly due to screen display differences.
The Company strives to ensure the accuracy of stock information but does not guarantee that all displayed products are in stock. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer refund or exchange options.

4. Orders and Payment

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order; the Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order.
Accepted payment methods include: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayMe, FPS, Octopus, and other payment methods listed on this website.
All payments are processed through secure encrypted systems. The Company does not store your complete credit card information.
Pre-order products require full payment or a deposit at the time of ordering (depending on the product); balance payment arrangements are detailed in each product description.

5. Pre-order Products

The shipping date for pre-order products is an estimated date and may be adjusted due to manufacturer production schedules.
If a pre-order product is delayed by more than three months, customers may choose to continue waiting or apply for a full refund.
After the pre-order deadline, the Company will not accept new pre-orders.

All content on this website, including text, images, trademarks, and designs, is the property of AnimePPL or the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright law. No reproduction, republication, or commercial use is permitted without written permission.
